At Pono Trailers, we've streamlined the process of purchasing a trailer to make it as straightforward as possible. Let us guide you through each step of your journey to owning the perfect trailer for your needs.
Start by exploring our user-friendly website where you can select your ideal trailer and any additional features you require. If you have any questions about configurations or specialty options, our team is just a phone call or email away.
Once you've made your selection, secure your trailer with a $250 refundable deposit. This guarantees your price and order priority. Rest assured, all reservation deposits are fully refundable without exception. Should you need to initiate a refund, simply reach out to us via phone or email.
Upon reservation, we'll send you an email confirmation along with an estimated delivery date. If your chosen trailer is in stock, you can proceed to payment. For production orders, we'll confirm your estimated shipping date.
Payment is due upon receipt of your trailer's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). We accept wire transfers, cash, certified checks, or money orders. Once your VIN is emailed to you, please select your preferred payment method. If you choose a wire transfer, we'll email you the necessary information once your reservation deposit is received. For cash payments, please contact us to make arrangements. Certified checks or money orders should be made payable to Pono Trailers LLC.
Once your payment is verified, you can arrange to pick up your trailer or have it shipped to the island of your choice.
Upon receipt of your trailer, please ensure it meets your specifications and is free of any damage. If you're picking up your trailer in person or receiving it at a port, please bring your purchase receipt, a valid driver’s license, and an appropriately rated vehicle to tow your trailer.
